Associate Provider?
As an Associate Provider, Vital Path Care delivers funded aged care services on behalf of your organisation. We work within your client's approved plan, comply with the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards, and report directly back to you after every visit.
It's a simple, low-risk way to extend your service capacity, cover gaps, and offer your clients services you may not currently deliver - all while maintaining your compliance obligations and client relationships.

Minimum Certificate III in aged care for all support workers
AHPRA-registered nurses with 3+ years' aged care experience
