Vital Path Care began with a question: why isn't there a better way to support older Australians at home?
For Sasha Williams, that question was personal. As the carer for her grandmother Lorna - the matriarch of the family - Sasha saw both the beauty and the difficulty of navigating aged care in Australia. Lorna was strong and independent, living a full life well into her 90s. But as her health declined, finding quality, trustworthy in-home care proved far harder than it should have been.
So Sasha took it on herself, providing the compassionate support that let Lorna stay at home, surrounded by the people who loved her. Lorna passed away at 99 - deeply loved and respected - but the experience left a lasting mark on the whole family.
Vital Path Care is our answer to that question. We're a family-led, locally owned provider built to give other families the kind of care we once went looking for ourselves. Here, care is human, respectful, and led by people who've walked the journey themselves.
